Jake Johnson and Omar Sy, two of the original stars of 2015’s “Jurassic World” who didn’t return for that film’s follow-up ‘Fallen Kingdom’ are now coming back to the fold.
Both have signed on to reprise their roles of control room operator Lowery Cruthers and raptor trainer Barry Sembene respectively in the latest installment of the franchise from Universal and Amblin Entertainment. Both were last seen evacuating the island at the end of the first ‘World’.
The pair join franchise stars Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard alongside original “Jurassic Park” actors Laura Dern, Sam Neill and Jeff Goldblum and new to the series Mamoudou Athie and DeWanda Wise.
Colin Trevorrow is back as director and Universal have announced a June 21st 2021 release.
