Disney+ and Lucasfilm have released a new trailer for the seventh and final season of Dave Filoni’s animated series “Star Wars: The Clone Wars,” the clip teasing the arrival of “Clone Force 99”.
The twelve episode run will continue the storylines introduced in the original series, exploring the events leading up to “Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith”.
Voice cast includes Matt Lanter as Anakin Skywalker, Ashley Eckstein as Ahsoka Tano, Dee Bradley Baker as Captain Rex and the clone troopers, James Arnold Taylor as Obi-Wan Kenobi, Katee Sackhoff as Bo-Katan, and Sam Witwer as Maul.
Netflix has debuted the full trailer for the third season of its animated video game adaptation “Castlevania” which returns March 5th. In the new season, Belmont and Sypha settle into a village with sinister secrets, Alucard mentors a pair of admirers, and Isaac embarks on a quest to locate Hector.
HBO has premiered the first trailer for “Run,” a new series co-created by “Fleabag” and “Killing Eve” creator Phoebe Waller-Bridge. Merritt Weaver and Domhnall Gleeson star in the film about a woman who gets a text inviting her to fulfil a youthful pact promising true love and self-reinvention by stepping out of her life to take a journey with her oldest flame. The series premieres April 12th.
Finally, Quibi has released the teaser for their rideshare-themed psychological thriller series “The Stranger”. Maika Monroe stars as a young rideshare driver who picks up a strange new client outside of a mansion.
When she inquires if the passenger (Dane DeHaan) is a celebrity, the stranger says that he doesn’t know the people who live there but he was there to shoot the owner in the face. Avan Jogia also stars in the series which is penned and helmed by Veena Sud (“The Salton Sea,” “The Killing”).
